We at nawa set out the terms and conditions that apply when you open an account and use our platform. These terms define what we expect from you, what you can expect from us, and how disputes are resolved. By creating an account on nawa, you agree to follow these terms. Our services are available only where local law permits.

Account Opening and Eligibility

To open an account on nawa, you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and not a resident of a jurisdiction where our services are prohibited by law. We use your contact details to send account notifications, withdrawal confirmations, and support responses.

Before your first withdrawal, we require identity verification. You upload a clear photo of your national ID card or passport and a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and address. We verify this information within one to two business days. If your documents are unclear or do not match your account details, we ask you to resubmit. This step is mandatory in all jurisdictions where we operate and protects both you and nawa from fraud.

Keep your account credentials safe

You are responsible for all activity on your account. Do not share your password or 2FA codes. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and notify our support team.

Deposits and Withdrawal Conditions

We accept deposits through DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and major Indonesian banks (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). Deposits are processed instantly for digital wallets and within one to two hours for bank transfers during business hours. All deposits are final; we do not refund deposits to your original payment method once credited to your nawa account.

Withdrawals are subject to verification checks and are processed during business hours. Standard withdrawals take one to three business days after approval. We reserve the right to delay withdrawals if we detect suspicious activity or if anti-money-laundering checks are required. To withdraw, you must use the same payment method you deposited through. If you have used multiple payment methods, you may withdraw to any of them, provided your identity is verified for each method.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in your account's withdrawal section. We do not charge a fee for withdrawals, but your bank or wallet provider may apply standard charges.

Bonus Terms and Conditions

nawa offers welcome bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Bonus terms are stated at the point of offer and are binding once you accept. Typical conditions include:

  • A minimum deposit or qualifying wager required to activate the bonus
  • A playthrough or turnover requirement (the number of times you must wager the bonus before withdrawing)
  • Eligible games or sports markets (some bonuses apply only to slots, live dealers, or sportsbook)
  • An expiry date after which the bonus and any winnings are forfeited if unused

Multi-accounting (opening more than one account per person) is strictly prohibited. If we detect duplicate accounts, we cancel both and forfeit any bonus or winnings. Bonus abuse (using multiple accounts to claim repeated bonuses) is grounds for permanent account closure.

Prohibited Activities

Dispute Resolution and Complaints

If you believe nawa has breached these terms or acted unfairly, contact our support team with details of the issue. We respond to complaints within two to four business hours during business hours. If we cannot resolve the dispute, we escalate it to an independent arbitrator whose decision is binding on both parties.

For Liga 1 and Piala Indonesia matches, settlement disputes are resolved by reference to official league records. For live-dealer games, we review video recordings of the game to confirm the outcome. For sportsbook wagers, we settle based on official match statistics published by the relevant governing body.

Jurisdiction and Changes to Terms

We at nawa reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not accept the new terms, you may close your account before the change date. Continued use of nawa after the change date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Our services are available only where local law permits. We do not operate in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited by law. Users are responsible for verifying that their access and use of nawa comply with their own jurisdiction's law.
